Assembly type ballastless track structure
The invention discloses an assembly type ballastless track structure, and mainly relates to the technical field of track traffic. The structure comprises a foundation bed layer, a base plate layer, a damping layer, a ballastless track plate layer and a steel rail which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, and a plurality of limiting piles are arranged at the top of the foundation bed layer; the base plate layer comprises a plurality of base plates, the damping layer comprises a plurality of elastic vibration isolation pads, the ballastless track plate layer comprises a plurality of ballastless track plates, and the base plates, the elastic vibration isolation pads and the ballastless track plates are all provided with limiting holes matched with the limiting piles. The left end and the right end of the base plate are each provided with a limiting blocking table matched with a ballastless track plate. A plurality of through holes are vertically formed in the elastic vibration isolation pad, elastic columns are arranged in the through holes, and the height value of the elastic columns is larger than the thickness value of the elastic vibration isolation pad; according to the invention, vibration and noise during vehicle driving can be reduced, the demolition range can be reduced, and later operation and maintenance are facilitated.
