Plate type ballastless track structure
The invention provides a plate type ballastless track structure. The plate type ballastless track structure comprises a prefabricated track plate, a self-compacting concrete layer, an isolation layer and an elastic buffer cushion layer, wherein a plurality of limiting holes are formed in the prefabricated track plate along the longitudinal center line of a plane of the prefabricated track plate at intervals, and at least one limiting hole is formed in the center of the prefabricated track plate; the self-compacting concrete layer is located below the prefabricated track plate and formed through pouring of the limiting hole, the self-compacting concrete layer is provided with a limiting structure, and the limiting structure extends into the limiting hole; the isolation layer is arranged between the prefabricated track plate and the self-compacting concrete layer; the elastic buffer cushion layer is arranged on the peripheral side of the limiting hole. The ballastless track structure solves problems that a limiting structure of a ballastless track structure in the prior art is prone to damage, durability of cement asphalt mortar is poor, and a track plate or a track bed plate warps and deforms.
本发明提供了一种板式无砟轨道结构。板式无砟轨道结构包括:预制轨道板,预制轨道板沿其平面纵向中心线间隔设置多个限位孔,至少一个限位孔设置在预制轨道板的中心位置;自密实混凝土层,自密实混凝土层位于预制轨道板的下方并通过限位孔灌注成型,自密实混凝土层具有限位结构,限位结构伸入限位孔内;隔离层,预制轨道板与自密实混凝土层之间设置有隔离层;弹性缓冲垫层,限位孔的周侧设置有弹性缓冲垫层。本发明解决了现有技术中的无砟轨道结构存在限位结构易损伤、水泥沥青砂浆耐久性差、轨道板或道床板翘曲变形的问题。
