Comprehensive pipe gallery foundation pit single-face formwork erecting construction method
The invention relates to a single-face formwork erecting construction method for a comprehensive pipe gallery foundation pit, and belongs to the technical field of comprehensive pipe gallery construction. The method comprises the steps that a foundation pit is excavated, pile supporting is carried out, a steel bar frame is additionally arranged between a formwork and a fender post and positioned, the formwork and the steel bar frame are connected together through a formwork drawing assembly, and concrete is poured into the space between the formwork and the steel bar frame. A foundation pit is vertically excavated and supported in a layered mode, the reinforcing steel bar frame is composed of a front row of reinforcing steel bar meshes and a rear row of reinforcing steel bar meshes which are arranged in parallel at intervals, the positioning rods are provided with U-shaped clamping parts which are clamped on vertical main reinforcements and horizontal transverse reinforcements of the reinforcing steel bar meshes respectively, and the die drawing assembly comprises a pull rod, a water stop piece, a conical positioning nut and a locking nut, and the water stop piece, the conical positioning nut and the locking nut are arranged on the pull rod. The front end of the pull rod is hinged to a hook used for being in hooking fit with a horizontal transverse rib close to the fender post, and the pull rod is provided with an external thread section in threaded fit with the conical positioning nut and the locking nut. Compared with a traditional single-side formwork erecting process, materials can be saved, formwork floating and formwork expanding are avoided, and quality is guaranteed.
