The method comprises the steps of 1, medicine adding, 2, water temperature adjusting, 3, cleaning, 4, heating and drying, and 5, low-liquid-level alarming. The medicine storage box body is arranged in the medicine adding handrail device, so that the product integrity is higher, the appearance is more attractive, and the operation is more convenient; and a liquid level sensor is arranged at the lower end of the medicine storage box body, low-liquid-level alarming is conducted in real time, dry burning and idling of a pump can be avoided, and the pump is effectively protected.
