The invention provides a concrete warehouse outer truss repairing method which is applied to the technical field of building warehouses such as cement warehouses or raw material warehouses in cement factories, and further relates to a concrete warehouse outer truss repairing structure. The concrete warehouse outer truss repairing method comprises the following repairing steps that steel beams (1) are hoisted to the top of a concrete warehouse (4), wherein the steel beams (1) are perpendicular to a truss (2) in the concrete warehouse (4); holes are formed in a garage top plate (9) in a chiseling mode, and a steel strand (3) is wound around the truss (2) and the steel beams (1), and the steel strand (3) is tensioned; in the tensioning process of the steel strand (3), the sunken truss (2) restores to the initial position; and channel steel (6) is welded between joints between the steel beams (1) and the truss (2). According to concrete warehouse outer truss repairing method and the concrete warehouse outer truss repairing structure, the truss is reinforced and rectified, and joint cracks are processed, so that the truss meets the requirements again, maintenance under warehouse entering is not needed, and construction is facilitated.
