Method for repairing outer wall of concrete circular silo
The invention provides a method for repairing the outer wall of a concrete circular silo, which belongs to the technical field of concrete construction and comprises the following steps: scanning and analyzing a concrete cylinder wall to be constructed, detecting and positioning loose concrete areas, then shoveling concrete in the areas, and shaving and chiseling existing staggered stubbles; manual steel brush rust removal is conducted on the surfaces, exposed out of the cylinder wall, of the steel bars, and a rust remover is brushed; after the steel bars are treated, L-shaped anchor bars are planted in the direction perpendicular to the cylinder wall, the distance is 300 mm, and the depth is not smaller than 100 mm; epoxy resin mortar is sprayed on the outer side surfaces of the steel bars for repairing and leveling, alkali-resistant fiber gridding cloth is pressed into the middles, and the L-shaped anchor bars are exposed; newly-added horizontal vertical reinforcing meshes are welded to the vertical L-shaped anchor bars; high-ductility concrete surface layers are pressed and plastered on the outer side of the reinforcing mesh in a layered mode, the later layer needs to be plastered in the previous layer within 4 hours, and the surface of the last layer does not need to be shiny; and carrying out surface flatness scanning detection on the high-ductility concrete surface layer, and if the surface flatness is qualified, carrying out moisturizing maintenance after final setting.
