Prestressed trapezoidal modular arch culvert and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a prestressed trapezoidal modular arch culvert and a construction method thereof. The arch culvert comprises a plurality of prefabricated bases with tenons, a plurality of prefabricated side walls, a plurality of prefabricated top arch modules and a plurality of prefabricated inclined arch modules, wherein the multiple prefabricated bases with tenons are arranged in two parallel rows, the multiple prefabricated side walls are installed on each row of prefabricated bases with tenons, and the prefabricated side walls are vertically arranged; the multiple prefabricated inclined arch modules are arranged in two rows, and the bottom parts of the two rows of prefabricated inclined arch modules are supported at the upper ends of the two rows of prefabricated side walls correspondingly; the multiple prefabricated top arch modules are arranged in a row; the two sides of the row of prefabricated top arch modules are supported on the top parts of the two rows of prefabricated inclined arch modules correspondingly; and prestressed holes are formed in the prefabricated side walls, the prefabricated inclined arch modules and the prefabricated top arch modules, the corresponding prestressed holes in the prefabricated side walls, the prefabricated inclined arch modules and the prefabricated top arch modules are communicated, and prestressed tendons penetrate through the prestressed holes, are tensioned and then are anchored. The arch culvert is simple in structure and convenient to construct, and the construction cost of the arch culvert is reduced; and the integrity of the fabricated culvert is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种预应力梯形模块式拱涵及其施工方法,拱涵包括多个预制带榫底座、多个预制侧壁、多个预制顶拱模块及多个预制斜拱模块,多个预制带榫底座排成平行的两排,每排预制带榫底座均安装有多个预制侧壁,预制侧壁竖直设置;多个预制斜拱模块排成两排,两排预制斜拱模块的底部分别支撑在两排预制侧壁的上端;多个预制顶拱模块排成一排;一排预制顶拱模块两侧分别支撑在两排预制斜拱模块的顶部;预制侧壁、预制斜拱模块和预制顶拱模块上均设有预应力孔,预制侧壁、预制斜拱模块和预制顶拱模块上的相对应的预应力孔连通,预应力筋穿入预应力孔张拉后锚固。本发明结构简单,施工方便,降低了拱涵的施工成本;并有效提高了装配式涵洞的整体性。
