To provide a culvert structure using a precast concrete member, that can suppress thickness of the member and can achieve both improvement in safety and durability and reduction in manufacturing cost, without using a hinge structure.SOLUTION: The arch culvert constructed by assembling a plurality of members comprises: an arch member constructed along a substantially semi-elliptical arch axis line, and a footing member that is installed on an installation surface that is the foundation ground and is provided as a foundation member that is connected to lower ends of left and right side wall parts of the arch member, wherein the footing member is connected to the arch member in a state in which a projecting width of the footing member to a culvert outer side is larger than the projecting width of the footing member to a culvert inner side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
