The invention relates to a buffering mechanism. The buffering mechanism comprises a buffering part (3), a first buffering piece (4) arranged on a first body (1) and a second buffering piece (5) arranged on a second body (2); the second body (2) is connected with the first body (1) and can rotate around a connecting point relative to the first body (1); the second buffering piece (5) can synchronously rotate along with the second body (2) so as to do circular motion relative to the first buffering piece (4); and the buffering part (3) is matched with the first buffering piece (4) or the second buffering piece (5) in the movement process of the second buffering piece (5) so as to slow down the movement speed of the second buffering piece (5). The buffering mechanism improves the buffering effect and the application environment.
