The invention provides a magnesium carbonate modified magnesium cement cemented straw board and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of artificial board preparation. The preparation method of the straw board comprises the following steps of: taking hydrated magnesium carbonate, basic magnesium carbonate or a mixture of the hydrated magnesium carbonate and the basic magnesium carbonate as a modifier of active magnesium oxide, stirring the active magnesium oxide, the modifier and water to form viscous slurry, then strongly and uniformly mixing the viscous slurry with straw powder, and carrying out spreading, pre-pressing and final pressing molding in a mold; and after mold locking maintenance, conducting demolding, drying, trimming and plate surface finishing so as to obtain the modified magnesium cement straw board. According to the magnesium carbonate modified magnesium cement bonded straw board and the preparation method thereof of the invention, the active magnesium oxide is excited and guided by the modifier to form a compact magnesium hydroxide and basic magnesium carbonate mineral binding phase so as to bond straw fibers together. The straw board does not contain halide, sulfate and other components, has the characteristics of high strength, flame retardance, good water resistance and the like, and also has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in production and the like.
本发明提供一种碳酸镁改性镁水泥胶结秸秆板及其制备方法,属于人造板制备技术领域。该秸秆板制备方法包括将水合碳酸镁、碱式碳酸镁或它们的混合物作为活性氧化镁的改性剂,活性氧化镁与改性剂、水搅拌形成粘稠状浆体,然后再与秸秆碎末强力混合均匀,在模具中经铺料、预压、终压成型。锁模养护后,脱模、烘干、切边及板面修整,即得到改性镁水泥秸秆板。本发明通过活性氧化镁在改性剂的激发与引导下,形成致密的氢氧化镁与碱式碳酸镁矿物结合相,将秸秆纤维胶结在一起。本秸秆板不含卤化物、硫酸盐等成分,且具有高的强度,阻燃及耐水性好等特点外,还具有生产简便等优点。
