Modified magnesium cement and preparation method thereof
The invention provides modified magnesium cement and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of novel building materials. The modified magnesium cement material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 30 to 50 parts of magnesium oxide, 40 to 70 parts of silica fume, 90 to 120 parts of aggregate, 2 to 4 parts of sodium hexametaphosphate, 1 to 4 parts of shrinkage reducing agent and 50 to 60 parts of water. The shrinkage reducing agent is added into the formula, so that the surface tension of a pore solution in the magnesium cement can be reduced, the shrinkage deformation is obviously reduced, and the magnesium cement is prevented from cracking; sodium hexametaphosphate is added, so that the water-cement ratio required by magnesium cement preparation can be reduced; the quartz sand is added, so that a framework can be formed in the magnesium cement paste, and shrinkage cracking is prevented. The magnesium cement obtained according to the formula is small in shrinkage deformation and not prone to cracking.
本发明提供了一种改性镁水泥及其制备方法,涉及新型建筑材料领域。所述改性镁水泥材料,以质量份数计包括:氧化镁30~50份,硅灰40~70份,骨料90~120份,六偏磷酸钠2~4份,减缩剂1~4份,水50~60份。本发明的配方中加入减缩剂,能够降低镁水泥中孔溶液的表面张力,显著降低收缩变形,防止镁水泥发生开裂;加入六偏磷酸钠能够降低了镁水泥制备所需的水灰比;加入石英砂能够在镁水泥浆体中形成骨架,防止产生收缩开裂。本发明配方所得到的镁水泥收缩变形小,不容易开裂。
