According to the method, angular glass powder with low hardness, low conductivity and low ion content is taken as a raw material, then surface treatment is carried out to enable the angular glass powder to be good in dispersity and fluidity, and then high-temperature spheroidization is carried out to obtain the spherical ceramic powder with small specific surface area, high sphericity degree, few cavities and stable components. Compared with an angular glass powder raw material, the prepared ceramic powder has the advantages that the specific surface area is reduced, the pH is neutral, the conductivity and the ion content are further reduced, when the ceramic powder is applied to vehicle-mounted copper-clad plates and plate processing, the hole wall quality of drilled holes is good, meanwhile, the abrasion of the drilled holes is smaller, and better CAF resistance is achieved.
本发明公开了一种车载覆铜板用球形陶瓷粉的制备方法。所述方法以硬度低、电导率、离子含量低的角形玻璃粉为原料,然后通过表面处理,使角形玻璃粉分散性和流动性好,再高温球形化得到比表面积小、球形度高、空洞少、成分稳定的球形陶瓷粉体。本发明制得的陶瓷粉与角形玻璃粉原料相比,其比表面积降低,pH偏中性,电导率和离子含量进一步降低,且应用于车载覆铜板,板材加工时不但钻孔的孔壁质量好同时钻孔磨损更小,具有较好的耐CAF性能。
