The invention discloses a coastal high-water-level area railway waterproof roadbed structure and a construction method thereof. The structure comprises a desilting replacement filling layer, a graded broken stone crack pouring layer, a waterproof layer and a waterproof protection layer which are sequentially laid from bottom to top; the waterproof layer comprises a reinforced concrete roadbed groove integrally poured above the graded broken stone crack pouring layer; the inner side, the outer side and the bottom of the reinforced concrete roadbed groove are coated with asphalt waterproof layers and filled with graded broken stone stable layers, the top of the reinforced concrete roadbed groove is sealed through an asphalt waterproof sealing layer, and the waterproof protection layer comprises an asphalt concrete layer and a graded broken stone bottom ballast layer which are sequentially laid on the asphalt waterproof sealing layer; and sleepers and steel rails are laid above the graded broken stone bottom ballast layer through railway ballasts. The structure is fully utilized to meet the requirement for the bearing capacity of the railway roadbed, the protection effect is well achieved through the waterproof characteristic of asphalt and asphalt concrete, the integrity is better, the roadbed stability is higher, and the roadbed has the advantages of being convenient to construct, low in cost and wide in application range.
本发明公开了一种沿海高水位地区铁路防水路基结构及其施工方法,包括自下而上依次铺设的清淤换填层、级配碎石灌缝层、防水层和防水保护层,防水层包括一体浇筑于级配碎石灌缝层上方的钢筋混凝土路基槽,钢筋混凝土路基槽内外两侧及底部涂刷有沥青防水层并填筑有级配碎石稳定层,其顶部通过沥青防水封层封口,防水保护层包括依次摊铺于沥青防水封层上方的沥青混凝土层和级配碎石底砟层,级配碎石底砟层上方通过道砟铺设有轨枕和钢轨。本发明充分利用钢筋混凝土刚性结构满足铁路路基承载力需求,利用沥青及沥青混凝土的防水特性很好地达到了防护效果,整体性更好,路基稳定性更强,而且具有施工便捷、成本低廉和适用范围广的优点。
