The invention relates to a semi-prefabricated UHPC-NC combined bent cap connecting structure and an assembling method. The semi-prefabricated UHPC-NC combined bent cap connecting structure comprises a prefabricated UHPC shell, a pier column and a pier column support support platform. The prefabricated UHPC shell comprises a bottom plate, side plates on the front side and the rear side and end plates at the left end and the right end, and a shell-shaped structure with the open top is formed. The prefabricated UHPC shell is arranged on a pier column support support platform at the top of the pier column, pier column reserved steel bars at the top of the pier column are upwards inserted into the prefabricated UHPC shell, and concrete is poured into the prefabricated UHPC shell to be connected into a whole. The bent cap has the advantages of integral cast-in-place and full-prefabricated bent caps, reasonably avoids the defects of segmental prefabricated bent caps, and has wide application and popularization prospects in construction of over 30m long and large bent cap bridges in land tension regions such as urban dense regions and seaside highways; the practical problem of land resource shortage caused by co-construction and cross construction of expressways, urban artery roads, common roads, landscape roads and the like is effectively solved.
本发明涉及半预制UHPC‑NC组合盖梁连接构造及拼装方法,所述构造包括预制UHPC外壳、墩柱和墩柱牛腿支架平台;预制UHPC外壳包括底板、前后两侧的侧板和左右两端的端板,组成顶部敞开的壳形结构;预制UHPC外壳置于墩柱顶部的墩柱牛腿支架平台,墩柱顶部的墩柱预留钢筋向上插入预制UHPC外壳内,在预制UHPC外壳内浇筑混凝土连接成整体。本发明可兼容整体现浇和全预制盖梁的优点,并合理避开分段预制盖梁的缺点,在城市密集地区、海边公路等土地紧张区域的超30m长大盖梁桥梁建设中具有广阔的应用推广前景,有效解决高速公路与城市干道、普通公路、景观公路等“共建”和“交叉建设”导致的土地资源紧缺的现实难题。
