The invention discloses a door hinge structure. A pressure cylinder with a piston rod, a push-and-pull part and a connecting part are sequentially arranged between a fixed arm on a cabinet body and a rotating head on a door plate; the piston rod and the push-and-pull part are fixed through two rivets; the push-and-pull part and the connecting part are hinged through a stress rod; a rolling sleeve is sleeved on the stress rod; and the end part of a torsion spring mounted on the fixed arm is propped against the rolling sleeve and applies an acting force pointing to one side of the rotating head. According to the door hinge structure, except for the movement of the piston rod in the movement process, other parts mainly achieve opening and closing of the door plate through rotation, and the requirement for arranging a U-shaped sliding groove in an existing door hinge is omitted, so that the machining precision requirement of a door hinge is improved, the accuracy of opening and closing operation of the door hinge is improved, and the door plate is effectively prevented from jumping to affect the door closing effect; and meanwhile, the parts cannot be damaged due to abrasion, the working stability of the door hinge is effectively improved, the service life of the door hinge is effectively prolonged, and the manufacturing and using cost is reduced.
