To provide a door hinge structure capable of enlarging an angle width in which an assisting action for automatically opening/closing a door is exerted, and capable of satisfactorily exhibiting a closing action after full closing and an opening action after full opening without enlarging the thickness dimension of a cam member.SOLUTION: When a door is fully closed or when the door is fully opened, upper and lower ends of an inclined part 65 of a second cam part 36 are made coincident with upper and lower ends of an inclined part 54 of a first cam part 34. A stepped part is formed at a boundary between the inclined part 54 of the first cam part 34 and a recessed part 55, and a stepped part is formed at a boundary between the inclined part 65 of the second cam part 36 and a recessed part 66. In the fully closed state and the fully opened state of the door, opposing gaps D are formed, which results from the stepped parts, between a projection part 53 of the first cam part 34 and the recessed part 66 of the second cam part 36, and between the recessed part 55 of the first cam part 34 and a projection part 64 of the second cam part 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
