The invention discloses a forming method of a silicon carbide ramming mass, the method comprises the following steps: adding the silicon carbide ramming mass into an aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture; ramming the mixture in a mold until the volume is stable to obtain a formed material; and demolding the formed material, taking out, and baking to obtain the ramming mass test sample. The silicon carbide ramming material is added into the aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution to be uniformly mixed to obtain the mixture, and the ramming mode is matched so that compared with compression molding in the prior art, the actual working condition of a construction site can be truly simulated, and the physical performance of a product is kept consistent with the actual construction effect.
