The invention discloses a novel carbon ramming material which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 10-15% of high-power graphite particles, 55-65% of crystalline flake graphite, 14-22% of high-power graphite powder, 2-6% of a binder and 2-5% of rosin powder, thermoplastic phenolic resin accounting for 20-25% of the weight of the components is added; according to the invention, the grain composition below 0.5 mm is refined and combined, and the additive for improving the friction property and viscosity of the material is added, so that the cohesion among material grains is increased, and the material has good construction performance; and meanwhile, the material is still high in flatness after being stricken, the phenomena of pits and pitted surfaces are avoided, tight contact between the material and the carbon brick is ensured, and the heat transfer efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种新型碳素捣打料,组成按质量百分比计:高功率石墨颗粒10~15%,鳞片石墨55~65%,高功率石墨粉14~22%,粘结剂2~6%,松香粉2~5%;外加上述成分重量20~25%的热塑性酚醛树脂;本发明对0.5mm以下的颗粒级配进行细化组合,添加了增加材料摩擦性和粘性的外加剂,增加了材料颗粒之间的内聚力,使材料具有良好的施工性能;同时本发明材料刮平后依然平整度高,没有凹坑麻面现象,保证了材料和碳砖之间紧密接触,传热效率高。
