The device structurally comprises boundary beam profile steel located on the two sides of an expansion joint respectively, at least one piece of middle beam profile steel is arranged between the boundary beam profile steel, a positioning support is arranged on the outer side of the boundary beam profile steel and located in a mounting groove of a bridge deck pavement layer, and a first anchoring assembly pre-buried in a bridge body is arranged at the bottom of the mounting groove; and the side portion of the mounting groove is provided with a second anchoring assembly pre-buried in the bridge body, the positioning support is connected with the first anchoring assembly and the second anchoring assembly, and the first anchoring assembly and the second anchoring assembly are each composed of a pre-buried plate and an anchoring rib connected with the pre-buried plate. The multi-seam telescopic device has the advantages of being compact in structure, firm in connection, rapid in construction, durable and reliable, the operation method is simple, rapid installation is facilitated, manpower and material resources are saved, and the construction period is shortened.
