Grouting device for dam anti-seepage curtain construction
The invention discloses a grouting device for dam anti-seepage curtain construction. The grouting device comprises a base and a supporting frame fixedly mounted on the base; two transition frames are mounted at the top of the supporting frame through fixing strips; the tops of the two transition frames are connected with storage frames used for storing raw materials; a baffle mechanism used for controlling feeding of the storage frames is arranged on the side wall of the supporting frame; an adjusting mechanism is connected to the baffle mechanism; a stirring box is slidably mounted on the inner wall, close to the middle, of the supporting frame through a sliding groove and a sliding block arranged in the sliding groove; a feeding inlet used for allowing the raw materials to enter is formed in the top of the stirring box; a stirring mechanism used for mixing the raw materials is arranged in the stirring box; and water inlet pipes used for injecting water are arranged on the two sides of the stirring box. According to the grouting device, the opening degree of an open groove is adjusted in a self-adaptive mode through the water flow speed, thus, corresponding amounts of cement and sand grains are injected, the automatic raw material proportioning process is achieved, and the working efficiency and quality are greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种用于堤坝防渗帷幕修建的灌浆设备,包括底座和其上固定安装的支撑架,所述支撑架顶部通过固定条安装有两个过渡框,两个所述过渡框顶部均连接有用于储存原料的储料框,所述支撑架侧壁上设置有用于控制储料框进料的挡板机构,所述挡板机构上连接有调节机构,支撑架靠近中部的内壁通过滑槽及其内部设置的滑块滑动安装有搅拌箱,所述搅拌箱顶部的开设有用于原料进入的进料口,所述搅拌箱内部设置有用于原料混合的搅拌机构,所述搅拌箱的两侧设置有用于注水的进水管。本发明通过水流速度来自适应调节开口槽开合程度,从而实现水泥与沙粒相应量的注入,实现了原料自动配比过程,极大的提高了工作效率和质量。
