The invention discloses an anti-seepage grouting construction method for a pebble cofferdam, which comprises the following steps of: drilling a hole at an anti-seepage line of the cofferdam, embedding a grouting pipe to form a grouting hole, simultaneously mixing high-concentration paste slurry, and continuously pouring the high-concentration paste slurry into the cofferdam through the grouting pipe by using a high-pressure grouting pump to form an anti-seepage wall body so as to achieve the anti-seepage effect of the cofferdam. The high-pressure grouting pump is used for continuously grouting high-concentration paste slurry into the cofferdam to form an anti-seepage wall, so that the problems of slurry loss, poor applicability and non-ideal anti-seepage effect of the high-pressure jet grouting piles in the pebble cofferdam are solved; and meanwhile, the problems of underground mixing solidification, difficult quality control and difficult anti-seepage effect guarantee of slurry of double-liquid grouting are solved, and the method has the advantages of high efficiency, environmental protection and controllable construction quality.
