The invention discloses a construction method for dam body anti-seepage curtain grouting. The construction method comprises the steps that a, a foundation is built; b) hole chiseling; c) pressurizing and expanding the gap; d) cleaning treatment; step e), grouting; a steel structure frame is erected on the surface of a dam body foundation pit, meanwhile, anchor rods are installed on the surface of the steel structure frame, the ends, close to the foundation pit, of the anchor rods need to penetrate into the foundation pit, concrete is poured after the steel structure frame is erected, and a dam body foundation is formed; and b) hole chiseling: drilling holes on a dam body foundation structure needing grouting reinforcement by adopting a small-caliber geological slewing drilling machine and a diamond drill bit. The hollow metal pipeline is inserted into the hole after grouting is completed, a grouting layer between the foundation and the pile pit can be sealed and blocked, grout is prevented from overflowing, meanwhile, a gap is prevented from occurring between the grout and the concrete foundation, and the structural stability is guaranteed.
