Composite wallboard and near-zero-energy-consumption fabricated curtain wall enclosure system thereof
The invention discloses a composite wallboard and a near-zero-energy-consumption fabricated curtain wall enclosure system thereof. On one hand, the composite wallboard is provided. The composite wallboard comprises a wallboard body, a second rabbet profile arranged on the upper end face of the wallboard body and a first rabbet profile arranged on the lower end face of the wallboard body; the first rabbet profile and the second rabbet profile are matched with each other in shape; and the wallboard body sequentially comprises an outer panel, a heat insulation plate, a heat preservation plate and an inner panel from outside to inside. On the other hand, the near-zero-energy-consumption fabricated curtain wall enclosure system is provided. The system comprises the multiple composite wallboards; and each composite wallboard is connected with a keel purline on the surface of a building main body through the second rabbet profile and screws, so that the composite wallboards are dry-hung on a wall. According to the composite wallboard and the near-zero-energy-consumption fabricated curtain wall enclosure system thereof, the thickness and the weight of a heat preservation layer of a traditional curtain wall wallboard are reduced while an extremely low heat transfer coefficient is achieved, and a curtain wall heat preservation solution which cannot be completed by a traditional curtain wall heat preservation system and meets the near-zero energy consumption requirement is provided.
