The invention relates to a prefabricated stair in a steel structure building and a construction method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of steel structures. The prefabricated stair comprises a building wall body; a pair of upper platform plates which are symmetrically distributed and are integrally and vertically poured with the building wall body are arranged on the upper portion of the inner wall of the building wall body; the upper portion of the inner wall of the building wall body is provided with a pair of lower platform plates which are symmetrically distributed and are integrally and vertically poured with the building wall body; prefabricated stair bodies are arranged between the lower platform plates and the upper platform plates which are diagonally opposite; polystyrene plates are arranged between the lower ends of the prefabricated stair bodies and the lower platform plates; and polyfluortetraethylene plates attached to a lower steel ladder beam are arranged between the polyphenyl plates and the lower ends of the prefabricated stair bodies. The prefabricated stair in the steel structure building has the characteristics of simple structure, high strength and long service life, and solves the problem that stair construction is inconvenient.
