Assembled composite floor heating module and construction method thereof
The invention relates to an assembled composite floor heating module and a construction method thereof. The assembled composite floor heating module comprises a composite heat insulation layer, a covering plate arranged on the upper layer of the composite heat insulation layer, structural columns connected with the covering plate and the composite heat insulation layer, connecting members and foundation bolts arranged at the lower plane of the composite heat insulation layer, wherein the structural columns uniformly distributed in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction are arranged in the heat insulation layer; steel supporting members penetrate through the composite heat insulation layer from the position of the structural columns; and anchor screws, the steel supporting members and the connecting members are connected from bottom to top. A method of installing the structural columns and the steel supporting members in the floor heating heat insulation layer is adopted, so that the covering plate, the structural columns, the steel supporting members and the supporting plates form an I-shaped stress supporting structure of a reinforced concrete structure, and the bending resistant strength, the compressive strength and the uniform load distribution capacity in the vertical direction are improved; local collapse caused by no support at edges and corners and additional processes brought by use of additional support by a grouting bowl and the like in the prior art are avoided; process steps are reduced; and meanwhile, the material investment and the labor cost are reduced.
一种装配式复合型地暖模块及其施工工法,包括复合保温层、设置在所述复合保温层上层的覆板、连接所述覆板和复合保温层的结构柱和连接件以及设置在所述复合保温层下平面的地脚螺栓;所述保温层内设置有纵横均匀分布的结构柱;所述钢支撑件自结构柱处贯穿所述复合保温层;所述地脚螺丝、钢支撑件、连接件自下而上连接。本发明采用地暖保温层内设置结构柱和钢支撑件的方法,使覆板、结构柱、钢支撑件以及撑板形成钢筋混凝土结构的工字型受力支撑结构,增加垂直方向的抗折强度、抗压强度和均布荷载能力,避免了传统技术中边角无支撑造成的局部塌陷或使用灌浆碗等另外支撑带来的附加工艺,在减少工艺步骤的同时节约材料投入和人工成本。
