The invention belongs to the technical field of assembled floors, and discloses an assembled floor and a heating assembly thereof. The assembled floor comprises a bottom plate shell, wherein a top notch is formed in the top of the bottom plate shell, an inner opening is formed inside the bottom plate shell, side openings located in the two sides of the top notch are formed in the top of the bottomplate shell, and the side openings communicate with the top notch; and a cover plate is movably sleeved with the interior of the top notch, and a heating plate is fixedly arranged at the bottom of aninner cavity of the bottom plate shell. According to the assembled floor and a heating assembly thereof, through arrangement of a first heat conduction frame, a second heat conduction frame, a thirdheat conduction frame and heat conduction plates, and due to cooperation among the first heat conduction frame, the second heat conduction frame and the third heat conduction frame, heat can be transferred into the cover plate, so that uniform distribution of the heat inside the cover plate is guaranteed; and due to the distributed design of the tops of the heat conduction plates, the uniform distribution effect of heat inside the inner opening is improved, o that the floor has good heating performance, and the practicability of the floor is improved.
