Weather-resistant plastering mortar and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the field of building materials, and particularly discloses weather-resistant plastering mortar and a preparation process thereof. The weather-resistant plastering mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90 to 160 parts of cement, 20 to 50 parts of fly ash, 780 to 820 parts of graded sand, 8 to 15 parts of diacrylate polyethylene glycol, 0.8 to 2 parts of a photoinitiator, 0.2 to 0.4 part of cellulose, 0.2 to 0.5 part of a thixotropic agent and 0.02 to 0.8 part of an air entraining agent. The preparation process comprises the step of uniformly mixing the cement, the fly ash, the graded sand, the diacrylate polyethylene glycol, the photoinitiator, the cellulose, the thixotropic agent and the air entraining agent according to the formula ratio to prepare the weather-resistant plastering mortar. The weather-resistant plastering mortar disclosed by the invention has excellent bonding tensile strength and water-retaining property.
