Modified plastering mortar and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to a modified plastering mortar and a preparation process thereof. The modified plastering mortar comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of Portland cement, 5-10 parts of slaked lime, 60-90 parts of quartz sand, 1-5 parts of maleic anhydride-acrylic copolymer and 1-5 parts of maleic anhydride-vinyl acetate copolymer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: according to the parts by weight, adding the maleic anhydride-acrylic copolymer and the maleic anhydride-vinyl acetate copolymer in the plastering mortar and stirring uniformly to obtain the modified plastering mortar. The anhydride group of the maleic anhydride can be hydrolyzed under the alkaline environment caused by cement hydration so as to release two carboxylic acid ions and enhance the electronegativity of the cement particles, and is low in cost relative to other unsaturated carboxylic acids, so that the maleic anhydride-acrylic copolymer and the maleic anhydride-vinyl acetate copolymer are selected to modify the plastering mortar.
