The invention discloses a preparation method of a graphite-aerogel double-layer even heating film, and relates to the technical field of even heating films. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing hydrophobic silicon dioxide powder, sodium hydroxide and ethanol to obtain a modified sodium silicate solution; (2) adding the modified sodium silicate solution into an inorganic acid solution, and conducting filtering to obtain modified silica sol; (3) smearing the modified silica sol on a graphite flake with an acidic surface after etching, and conducting heating to obtain a graphite-modified silica gel composite film; and (4) carrying out solvent exchange on the graphite-modified silica gel composite film, and conducting drying to obtain the graphite-aerogel double-layer even heating film. The method has the beneficial effects that the surface temperature of the even heating film is more uniform, the surface of the graphite flake is etched, so that the adhesive force of the surface of the graphite flake and the modified silica sol is stronger, a specific heat conduction and insulation layer is formed, and in-plane rapid even heating is realized through in-plane directional heat conduction of graphite and a heat insulation function of aerogel.
