Full-follow-up cast-in-place pile casing
The invention discloses a full-follow-up cast-in-place pile casing. The pile casing comprises a main guide pipe, a sleeve lower connector and a sleeve upper connector which are wielded and machined together; the sleeve upper connector is arranged at one end of the main guide pipe; the sleeve lower connector is arranged at the other end of the main guide pipe; the adjacent pile casings are in butt joint through the sleeve upper connectors and the sleeve lower connectors; the sleeve upper connector and the sleeve lower connector are provided with positioning bolt holes and positioning parts; a flow hole is formed in the pipe wall of the main guide pipe; a slurry air inlet of the flow hole is formed in the sleeve upper connector of the pile casing; and a slurry air outlet of the flow hole is formed in the sleeve lower connector. The full-follow-up cast-in-place pile casing is simple in structure; the pile casing is integrally connected and combined through splicing of a plurality of module pile casings; and a rotary pressurizing grouting implanting method and splicing combined construction of the pile casings are combined, so that energy is saved, the environment is protected, operation is easy, and the construction efficiency is improved.
