Cast-in-place pile steel casing
The invention relates to a cast-in-place pile steel casing which comprises two or more cylindrical steel cylinders, the two or more steel cylinders are arranged up and down at intervals, a telescopic net is detachably connected between any two adjacent steel cylinders, and the telescopic nets define a cylindrical structure matched with the steel cylinders. The uppermost steel cylinder is connected with a plurality of hoisting ropes; wherein the telescopic net is used for blocking the karst cave. According to the cast-in-place pile steel casing provided by the invention, the steel casing and the telescopic net are connected to form the cast-in-place pile steel casing, the telescopic net is used for blocking a karst cave in a cast-in-place pile, and the telescopic net deforms and protrudes into the karst cave when being subjected to outward extrusion force of concrete, so that the combination of a pile body and a surrounding soil body is enhanced, and the bearing capacity and the stability of the pile body are improved; compared with a traditional steel casing, the cast-in-place pile steel casing has the advantages that the casing body length is shortened, material consumption is reduced, manufacturing, transportation and installation are convenient, the construction cost can be reduced, and the construction efficiency can be improved.
本发明涉及一种灌注桩钢护筒,包括两个及以上的圆筒状的钢筒,两个及以上的所述钢筒上下间隔设置,任意相邻的两个钢筒之间可拆卸地连接有伸缩网,所述伸缩网围成与所述钢筒相匹配的圆筒状结构,位于最上方的钢筒上连接有多根吊装绳;其中,所述伸缩网用于封堵溶洞。本发明提供的灌注桩钢护筒,采用钢筒和伸缩网连接形成,伸缩网用于对灌注桩中的溶洞进行封堵,伸缩网在受到混凝土向外的挤压力时会向溶洞内变形凸出,有助于加强桩身与周边土体的结合,提升桩体的承载力和稳固性;与传统钢护筒相比,该灌注桩钢护筒缩短了筒身长度,减少了材料使用,方便制作、运输和安装,能够降低施工成本、提高施工效率。
