The invention discloses an underwater full-protection-cylinder cast-in-place concrete pile bottom sealing device which comprises a fixing cylinder. The reinforcing mechanism comprises a supporting plate, a reinforcing part, multiple sets of connecting parts and multiple sets of mounting parts, the supporting plate is fixedly connected between the inner walls of the fixing cylinders, the connecting cylinders are made to move downwards through the elastic force of connecting springs, meanwhile, mounting blocks and four connecting pieces are driven to move, and through cooperation of the mounting plates, the connecting pieces and moving plates, the reinforcing parts are fixed to the inner walls of the fixing cylinders; the movable plate is tightly attached to the whole pile casing through the fixing mechanism and the resilience of the fixing spring, gaps are prevented from being reserved, silt at the bottom of a river impacts concrete, and the whole pile casing with the small specification difference can be sealed, and the sealing mechanism is fixed to the bottom of the fixing cylinder, so that the sealing effect is good. Through cooperation of the fixing nails, the fixing rings, the supporting plates, the reinforcing nets, the connecting parts, the multiple sets of mounting parts, the reinforcing meshes and the supporting rods, cement is poured into the fixing barrels to form pouring cement blocks, and the connecting effect and firmness of the fixing barrels and the cement can be improved.
