The invention discloses a construction device for a prefabricated shear wall with a post-pouring section, and a construction method. The device comprises the prefabricated shear wall, a fixed supporting piece, a lifting supporting piece and an adjustable inclined support. A fixed end and an adjusting end are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom of the prefabricated shear wall; the fixed supporting piece is connected with the fixed end and a floor; the lifting supporting piece is arranged opposite to the fixed supporting piece, is connected with the adjusting end and is provided with a telescopic driving mechanism for driving the adjusting end to lift; the adjustable inclined support comprises at least one inclined supporting piece; one end of the inclined supporting piece is connected with the floor; and the other end of the inclined supporting piece is connected with the front face of the shear wall and used for adjusting the out-of-plane direction position of the prefabricated shear wall. The prefabricated shear wall is supported upwards through the fixed supporting piece and the lifting supporting piece, the height of the prefabricated shear wall is adjusted through the lifting driving mechanism of the lifting supporting piece, the horizontal stability of the prefabricated shear wall is maintained through the adjustable inclined support, and the out-of-plane direction is adjusted through the adjustable inclined support, so that a component can reach the construction position accurately, and good conditions are provided for construction.
