The structure comprises a handle installation base connected to an instrument panel assembly in a matching mode, an opening handle connected with the handle installation base in a matching mode, a metal end sleeve matching the handle installation base, a plastic sleeve pipe with one end connected with the metal end sleeve in an interference fit mode, a metal end connected with the opening handle in a matching mode and a steel wire fixedly connected with the metal end, and is characterized in that the metal end sleeve is provided with a sleeve inner wall, a sleeve outer wall and an end plate, a through hole is formed in the center of the end plate, the sleeve inner wall of the metal end sleeve is in interference fit with the pipe outer wall of one end of the plastic sleeve pipe, at least three concave points are pressed on the sleeve outer wall of the metal end sleeve, one end of the steel wire penetrates through the plastic sleeve pipe and the through hole in the end plate of the metal end sleeve and is fixedly connected with the metal end into a whole, and the other end of the steel wire is connected with an automobile front cover lock.
