The unlocking device comprises a bottom plate, an electric actuator, an electric pull wire assembly, a manual pull wire assembly and a cover plate, wherein a pawl, a release rod and a lock hook are rotationally arranged on the bottom plate; the bottom plate, the pawl, the release rod and the cover plate are sequentially arranged, and the pawl and the release rod are coaxially rotated; a pawl spring is arranged between the pawl and the bottom plate; a release rod spring is arranged between the release rod and the cover plate, and a top plate is fixedly arranged on the lock hook; a lock hook spring is arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate, and a limiting part used for limiting the pawl to rotate to the limit position is arranged on the bottom plate; the electric actuator, the electric pull wire assembly and the pawl are sequentially connected, and the manual pull wire assembly is connected with the release rod; when the release rod is driven by the manual pull wire assembly to rotate to make contact with a linkage part of the pawl, the pawl is rotated with the release rod in a linkage mode; and a first meshing point, a second meshing point and a third meshing point are sequentially arranged on the lock hook in the rotating circumferential direction of the lock hook, and a first meshing part and a second meshing part matched with the lock hook are sequentially arranged on the pawl in the rotating circumferential direction of the pawl.
