Novel composite ceramic and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to the field of ceramics, in particular to a novel composite ceramic and a manufacturing method thereof. The novel porous composite ceramic is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 to 80 parts of diatomite, 0.1 to 0.5 part of carboxymethyl cellulose, 10 to 20 parts of attapulgite clay and 20 to 100 parts of water. The preparation method of the novel composite ceramic comprises the following steps: stirring the above raw materials to prepare ceramic slurry, absorbing the slurry via sponge to form a ceramic slurry blank, conducting sintering at high temperature, and performing cooling along with a furnace. The porous ceramic has a porous structure, the adsorption performance of the ceramic is improved, energy consumption is reduced, and cost is saved.
本发明涉及陶瓷领域,尤其涉及一种新型复合陶瓷及其制作方法。一种新型多孔复合陶瓷,其原料按重量份为:硅藻土70‑80份,羧甲基纤维素0.1‑0.5份,凹凸棒粘土10‑20份,水20‑100份。一种新型复合陶瓷的制作方法按以下步骤:取原料搅拌后制得陶瓷浆料、取海绵吸收浆料形成陶瓷浆料胚体、高温烧结、随炉冷却。本发明具有多孔结构,提高了陶瓷的吸附性能、降低能耗,节省成本。
