The invention discloses a construction method of a permanent and temporary combined box culvert structure. The construction method comprises the following specific steps: (1) performing manual hole digging (segmented digging) on support piles (1); (2) hoisting a reinforcement cage of the support pile (1); (3) pouring concrete into the support piles (1); (4) installing a D auxiliary beam (2); (5) earth excavation; (6) chiseling off the retaining wall of the middle pile; (7) constructing a box culvert structure; (8) backfilling and tamping; and (9) grouting the backfill area, and dismantling the D auxiliary beam (2). The supporting piles and the box culvert structure are arranged, the supporting piles and the box culvert structure are poured into a whole to jointly bear load, the complexity of dismantling of a temporary structure is avoided, meanwhile, the construction efficiency is effectively improved, the construction cost and interference to the environment are reduced, the structure is simple and compact, and construction is convenient.
