Method for transforming step stairs and installing elevators
The invention relates to a method for transforming step stairs and installing elevators. At present, buildings with six floors or less are not provided with elevators, living is inconvenient, and positions for installing the elevators are difficult to vacate when the elevators are additionally installed; according to the method, the elevators which are opened towards the left side and the right side of house doors on the two sides are installed on a home-entry platform to enable elevator doors to be in directly communication with the house doors, and therefore the problems caused by installation of elevators on an old building are solved, flat-layer home entry is achieved, a new elevator hoist way does not need to be additionally, and the place outside the building does not needs to be additionally occupied; however, the original step stairs still need to achieve the fire-fighting function, an original home-entry platform still has the turning function of the fire-fighting step stairs, the function needs to be reserved, the problems become obstacles for installing the elevators on the home-entry platform, based on the method, the original step stairs are transformed, and the turning function is developed by digging potential in the original step stairs to replace the turning function of the original home-entry platform, so that the original step stairs can perfectly undertake the function of the fire-fighting step stairs, and the obstacles of installing the elevators by using the original home-entry platform are eliminated.
目前六层及以下的楼房,都没有电梯,居住不便,而加装电梯又很难腾出安装电梯的位置，本发明在入户平台安装朝向二边家门的左右分别开门的电梯让电梯门直通家门，这解决了旧楼装电梯平层入户，而且不用另占楼外地方新建电梯井道；但原步梯还要承担消防功能，入户平台还有消防步梯的转折功能不可偏废，这成为入户平台安装电梯的障碍，本发明改造原步梯，在原步梯内挖掘潜力开发出转折功能代替原入户平台的转折功能，使原步梯能完美地承担起消防楼梯的功能，消除了使用原入户平台安装电梯的障碍。
