Green high-strength and high-toughness concrete formula and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete preparation, and particularly relates to a green high-strength and high-toughness concrete formula and a preparation process thereof. The preparation process comprises the following steps: solid-phase raw materials and liquid-phase raw materials are added into a rotary mixing drum; the mixing drum rotates through driving and rotation, and the materials are mixed and stirred by fixed spiral stirring fins; concrete is quantitatively discharged into a shaping box by intermittently driving and extruding the mixing drum to move downwards and communicating with a valve, automatic and continuous adding is performed by cooperating with the intermittently moving shaping box, and steps are repeated in this way; and water is discharged by adjusting the concrete in a compression shaping box, and a concrete block with an arc-shaped side surface is formed, wherein the concrete formula system is composed of the following components in per cubic meter: 200 parts of water, 460 parts of cement, 489 parts of sand, 500 parts of waste concrete and 758 parts of stone, and the mass ratio of the water to the cement to the sand to the waste concrete to the stone is 1: 2.3: 2.445: 2.5: 3.79.
