The invention relates to high-strength high-toughness abrasion-resistant concrete and a preparation method thereof. The high-strength high-toughness abrasion-resistant concrete comprises 120-140 kg/m<3> of water, 240-350 kg/m<3> of cement, 15-25 kg/m<3> of silicon powder, 60-96 kg/m<3> of fly ash, 1.5-5.0 kg/m<3> of fibers, 600-720 kg/m<3> of sand, 1220-1290 kg/m<3> of gravel, 2.10-3.60 kg/m<3> of a water reducing agent and 0.012-0.028 kg/m<3> of an air entraining agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the cement, the silicon powder, the fly ash, the fibers, the sand and the gravel into a mixing container in proportion, conducting stirring for 90-120 seconds, then adding the water, the air entraining agent and the water reducing agent into the obtained mixture, and carrying out full mixing and stirring for 80-90 seconds to obtain the high-strength high-toughness anti-impact abrasion-resistant concrete. The concrete provided by the invention has the advantages of being high in strength, good in toughness and good in abrasion resistance and remarkable in technical and economic benefits, and meanwhile, later operation and maintenance cost can be greatly reduced.
一种高强高韧的抗冲磨混凝土及其制备方法,高强高韧的抗冲磨混凝土包括水120~140kg/m3、水泥240~350kg/m3、硅粉15~25kg/m3、粉煤灰60~96kg/m3、纤维1.5~5.0kg/m3、砂600~720kg/m3、碎石1220~1290kg/m3、减水剂2.10~3.60kg/m3及引气剂0.012~0.028kg/m3;先将水泥,硅粉,粉煤灰,纤维,砂,碎石按比例加入混合容器中进行搅拌90~120s,然后向上述所得混合物加入水、引气剂和减水剂,充分混合搅拌80~90s,即可得到所述的高强高韧抗冲耐磨混凝土;本发明具有强度高、韧性好、抗冲磨性能好的优点及显著的技术经济效益,同时也会大大降低后期运行和维修的费用。
