The invention discloses an all-steel slag aggregate cement water permeable brick, which is prepared from the following raw materials in proportion: 429 kg/m<3> of cement, 241 kg/m<3> of water, 831 kg/m<3> of 3-10 mm steel slag gravel, 887 kg/m<3> of 0-5 mm steel slag sand and 3.4 kg/m<3> of a polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent, wherein the water-binder ratio is 0.26, and the designed void ratio is 10%. According to the invention, the porosity of the steel slag sandstone and the water absorption rate of the aggregate are both higher than those of natural sandstone, and the application of the steel slag as the aggregate to the preparation of the water permeable brick instead of the natural stone is feasible; and the water-retaining property of the all-steel slag aggregate cement-based water permeable brick is 0.7 g/cm<2>, and the wear resistance (the depth of a grinding groove is 28 mm) and the freezing resistance (the strength loss rate is 16.0%) all meet good requirements.
