The invention belongs to the technical field of steel slag building material resource utilization and carbon capture, and particularly relates to a steel slag-based water permeable brick cured by using CO2 through a hydration-carbonization coupling system and a preparation process of the steel slag-based water permeable brick. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing coarse aggregate and water according to a proper liquid-solid ratio, adding a gelling material, water and a carbon sequestration reinforcing agent, uniformly stirring, pouring into a mold for compression molding, curing for 4-10 hours under the conditions that the temperature is 20-25 DEG C and the relative humidity is about 95%, and demolding to obtain a semi-finished product of the steel slag water-permeable brick; and curing for 12-18 hours under the condition that the relative humidity is less than 75%, and carbonizing and curing for 2-8 hours in a carbonization reaction kettle to obtain the steel slag-based carbonized water permeable brick. Compared with the prior art, the carbon sequestration amount of the steel slag can be increased, on the other hand, the mechanical property of the steel slag water permeable brick can be improved, large-scale application of the steel slag in the field of building materials can be promoted, and great social, economic and environmental benefits are achieved.
本发明属于钢渣建材资源化利用及碳捕集技术领域,具体涉及一种利用CO2进行水化‑碳化耦合制度养护的钢渣基透水砖及其制备工艺。选取合适的液固比将粗骨料与水混合均匀,再加入胶凝材、水和固碳增强剂,搅拌均匀后倒入模具中压制成型,在20‑25℃、相对湿度约95%的条件下养护4‑10小时后脱模即可得到钢渣透水砖半成品,将钢渣透水砖半成品在20‑25℃,相对湿度小于75%的条件下养护12‑18小时后置于碳化反应釜中进行碳化养护2‑8小时,即可到钢渣基碳化透水砖。与现有技术相比,本发明可提高钢渣的固碳量,另一方面可以提高钢渣透水砖的力学性能,本发明能够促进钢渣在建筑材料领域的大规模应用,具有重大的社会、经济和环境效益。
