Compared with common planting soil, the municipal sludge-based artificial planting soil has more excellent ventilation performance, water retention performance and heat preservation performance, and meanwhile the loss rate is reduced. The obtained municipal sludge-based artificial planting soil can be used for ecological restoration of mining areas, artificial wetlands, green belts and other places, reduction and harmlessness of municipal sludge are achieved, and meanwhile a way is found for recycling of the municipal sludge.
