The invention discloses a construction method of an anchor rod static pressure steel pipe pile for cage core bag bottom expanding grouting. The construction method comprises the following steps: 1) embedding an anchor rod: forming an anchor rod hole in a foundation bottom slab, and pouring by adopting a high-strength grouting material; (2) forming pile pressing holes in the existing foundation bottom slab; (3) installing a pile pressing frame; (4) performing pile sinking; 5) cleaning a soil plug; (6) adopting a special drilling machine for jet grouting reaming at a pile end; (7) connecting a grouting pipe and an exhaust pipe into a bag grouting opening, and inserting a bag into the pile end; (8) grouting the bag; and (9) conducting full-length core grouting in a steel pipe, and loading pile sealing. A steel wire cage cement stone block expanded head is formed at the pile end by grouting the cage core bag, so that the bearing capacity of the pile end is greatly improved, resistance provided by a soil layer can be matched with the strength of a pile body, the advantage of high strength of the steel pipe is exerted, the performance ratio is high, the construction cost is saved, and wide application prospects are achieved.
本发明公开了一种笼芯囊扩底注浆锚杆静压钢管桩的施工方法,包括以下步骤:1)锚杆埋设:在基础底板上开设锚杆孔,采用高强灌浆料浇筑;2)既有基础底板上开压桩孔;3)安装压桩架;4)沉桩;5)清理土塞;6)采用专用钻机在桩端旋喷扩孔;7)将注浆管及排气管接入囊袋注浆口,将囊袋插入桩端;8)囊袋注浆;9)钢管内通长灌芯,加载封桩。本发明通过对笼芯囊注浆使桩端形成一个钢丝笼水泥结石块扩大头,以大幅度提高桩端承载力,从而使土层提供的阻力能与桩身强度相匹配,发挥出钢管高强度的优势,性能比高,节省工程造价,具有广泛的应用前景。
