The invention discloses a high-altitude roofbolter. The roofbolter comprises a base, a crawler belt arranged at the bottom of the base, a cargo boom arranged on the base and a drill bit assembly arranged on the cargo boom. The drill bit assembly comprises a mounting block arranged on the cargo boom, a drill rod arranged on the mounting block and a drill bit arranged on the drill rod. A hydraulic motor for driving the drill rod to do reciprocating motion is arranged on the mounting block. A first cavity is formed in the mounting block, the first cavity is connected with a water conveying pipe, a connecting pipe communicating with the first cavity is arranged on the mounting block, a first connecting plate is arranged on the connecting pipe, a second cavity is formed in the first connecting plate, and a plurality of first water spraying holes are formed in the side wall of the second cavity.
