The production method comprises the following steps of producing a mould board in advance, and pre-burying heat-insulating connecting pieces at the inner side of the mould board; conducting mold assembly and release agent coating, specifically, erecting a mold on a mold table, placing the mould plate in the mold, and coating the mold with a release agent; binding outer reinforcing steel bars, specifically, binding the outer reinforcing steel bars in the mold to form an outer reinforcing steel bar net; conducting primary pouring, specifically, pouring outer layer concrete; mounting insulation boards, specifically, placing the insulation boards in the mold, and enabling the heat-insulating connecting pieces to penetrate through the insulation boards; binding inner reinforcing steel bars and installing embedded parts, specifically, binding the inner reinforcing steel bars above the insulation boards to form an inner reinforcing steel bar net, and fixing the embedded parts on the inner reinforcing steel bar net; conducting secondary pouring, specifically, pouring inner layer concrete; conducting plastering; and conducting demolding and curing. According to the decorative externally-hung wallboard manufactured by the production method, external decoration operation does not need to be carried out during construction; the cost is reduced; and the construction period is shortened.
