The invention relates to a sandwich type autoclaved aerated concrete composite external wallboard. The sandwich type autoclaved aerated concrete composite external wallboard comprises a steel frame, a first ALC plate, an insulating layer, a second ALC plate and fastening connecting pieces, wherein an installation space is formed in the steel frame, and connecting parts which are located in the installation space are respectively formed at the top and the bottom of the steel frame; the first ALC plate is arranged in the installation space and is opposite to the connecting parts; the insulating layer is attached to the side, close to the connecting parts, of the first ALC plate; the second ALC plate is arranged in the installation space and is attached to the insulating layer; and the fastening connecting pieces penetrate through the first ALC plate, the insulating layer, the second ALC plate and the corresponding connecting parts, and the first ALC plate and the second ALC plate are connected to the interior of the steel frame in a fastening mode through the fastening connecting pieces. The composite external wallboard has the advantage of high integrity, the risk of high-altitude falling of the insulating layer during use can be avoided, and the ALC plates are used as a main body, so that the weight of the composite external wallboard can be reduced, and the hoisting and mounting difficulty is lowered.
本发明涉及一种夹芯式蒸压加气混凝土复合外墙板,包括:钢框架,内部形成有安装空间,钢框架的顶部和底部均形成有位于安装空间内的连接部;设于安装空间内并与连接部相面对设置的第一ALC板;贴设于第一ALC板上靠近连接部的一侧的保温层;设于安装空间内并与保温层相贴的第二ALC板;穿设第一ALC板、保温层、第二ALC板以及对应的连接部的紧固连接件,通过紧固连接件将第一ALC板和第二ALC板紧固连接于钢框架内。本发明的复合外墙板整体性强,能够避免使用阶段保温层发生高空坠落的风险,且ALC板作为主体,能够减小复合外墙板的重量,降低吊装及安装的难度。
