The invention provides a main body structure reinforcing device of a high-rise building which comprises an outer wrapping steel plate layer surrounding a concrete supporting column and a connecting plate arranged between the outer wrapping steel plate layer and the concrete supporting column, an anchoring column anchored in the concrete supporting column is arranged on the first plate face of the connecting plate, threaded columns are arranged on the face, opposite to the first plate face, of the connecting plate, and through holes in one-to-one correspondence with the threaded columns are formed in the outer wrapping steel plate layer, a first bonding layer is arranged between the first plate face and the surface of the concrete supporting column, and a second bonding layer is arranged between the outer wrapping steel plate layer and the connecting plate and between the surface, not covered by the first bonding layer, of the concrete supporting column. The phenomenon that positioning is not accurate or the anchoring column is inclined due to the fact that the anchoring column is directly anchored on the concrete supporting column can be avoided, and therefore it can be guaranteed that the outer wrapping steel plate can be smoothly arranged.
