The invention discloses a super high-rise building main body structure paying-off method which comprises the following steps: step 1, arrangement of an infrared positioning system: arranging a plurality of infrared positioning mark points in a building main body structure, and installing an infrared receiving sensor on an unmanned aerial vehicle to jointly form the infrared positioning system which is used for acquiring position information of the unmanned aerial vehicle in real time; step 2, unmanned aerial vehicle positioning and distance measurement: based on the positioning information, the unmanned aerial vehicle flies to a pay-off position according to a preset pay-off path and then hovers in the air, the position of the unmanned aerial vehicle is obtained in real time through an infrared positioning system, and the distance between a target point and the unmanned aerial vehicle is calculated; and 3, paying-off operation is conducted, specifically, according to the calculated distance, an ink jet system is controlled through a mechanical arm to adjust the ink jet position and angle, and paying-off operation is conducted. Through cooperation of the infrared positioning system, the unmanned aerial vehicle, the mechanical arm and the ink jet system, high-precision positioning and flexible paying-off operation are achieved, and the paying-off efficiency and precision can be effectively improved.
