The building material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 125-145 parts of cement, 15-25 parts of furnace slag, 30-40 parts of fly ash, 6-8 parts of a fiber material, 15-20 parts of rock wool, 20-28 parts of coal gangue, 22-35 parts of water glass, 4-6 parts of glass micro-beads, 2-4 parts of lambda-cyhalothric acid modified aminated beta-cyclodextrin, 3-5 parts of aluminum hydroxide, 5-7 parts of a thermoplastic resin, 1-3 parts of rare earth fluoride hollow nano ions, 1-3 parts of a coupling agent, 1-2 parts of a dispersant, 1-3 parts of a flame retardant and 2-4 parts of a stabilizer. The thermal-insulation energy-saving building material disclosed by the invention is effectively improved in flame retardance, water resistance, thermal insulation and fire resistance, good in adhesive force with a base material and not easy to fall off.
